For your convenience there are two programs you may choose from. The first one does not include any supplies or equipment for cases that you have all the necessary supplies and equipment at home and you want to lower your cost. In the second program we will supply all necessary supplies and equipment.

Most of our clients are present for the first cleaning, or provide us with a key. For security, only the maids who clean your home will have access to your keys should you choose to leave a key with All Bright Cleaning Services. For added security, keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately. If you choose not to leave a key, special arrangements can be made to accommodate your specific requirements.

For your convenience, our friendly staff will call to remind you of your cleaning. Due to the advanced scheduling of the maids, should you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we would appreciate a call prior to your cleaning date.

Payment is accepted on the day of each visit. All of our first time cleanings must be paid in cash. Thereafter, we can accept cash, checks or credit cards. When paying by check or cash, most clients find it convenient to leave payment on the kitchen table. Checks are made payable to “All Bright Cleaning”. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

If a scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday we will work with you to reschedule a different date that will allow both us and you to be prepared.

We ask that you do not leave any cash or valuables lying around your home. Our theft protection plan covers any theft upon conviction.

Keep pets, children and regular traffic off the carpet for a period of six hours. The homeowner may use the carpet lightly immediately after cleaning by wearing the “booties” we provide, or socks or house slippers. Some carpets may still feel slightly damp for up to 18 hours depending on the carpet fiber type and soiling condition. This is normal and will not cause any problems.

Our regular pricing includes moving most sofas, chairs, end tables, and other light items of furniture. Beds, dressers and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. These items can be moved upon request, however, the homeowner must remove all electronic items and breakables from any item of furniture that you would like us to move.

With the experience and expertise our company has, we are known for being able to get out difficult spots. If a spot is removable, we have what it takes to get it out. Our vans are stocked with many specialty spotting agents. However, please understand that there are some things that can cause a permanent stain. They include, but are not limited to things with dyes, like red, yellow, blue or green.

If there is color loss in the carpet, it may be able to be spot dyed, or we can do a carpet repair for you by replacing that area of carpet with another piece from a closet.

Certainly not! Pets should be introduced on the first visit, and unfriendly pets should be kept outside. For health safety, maids are unable to clean up after pets.

Immediately after cleaning: Floors can be slippery after cleaning. Be careful when walking from the carpet to a hard surface until the carpeting is thoroughly dry. Remove any blocks or tabs after 24 hours. Vacuum carpet anytime after a 24-hour period.

Berber – Absolutely. Berber is a weave, not a particular type of fabric. Berber is simply a type of loop construction that may come in olefin, nylon, wool, or a blend. Berber requires a more thorough cleaning than other carpets because the “flushing” action needs to take place to get under, around, and through the loops. Other companies that are not as thorough as we are have a lot of problems with Berber because they leave soil behind that “wicks” back to the service.

Wool – Yes, we have special products that we use for wool. We use lower pressure, lower temperature & take special drying precautions for cleaning wool.

Haitian Cotton – yes, we have special Haitian cotton cleaner, or we can dry-clean it.
